Psoriasis Exercise : Sweating helps
Do what you enjoy but do a little every alternate day
- Take walks - Parks, Shopping centers, Target, walmart. as long as you keep on walking it does not matter where you walk
- yoga : especially Sun Salutation
- Bike if you like
- Swim cause water feels great - i usually go to our club pool after 6 so no one can see me
- Painting : this is not a exercise per se but its an activity which relaxes you.
- write : like me try to maintain a diary or blog about your experiences
- Reading : Reading keeps you occupied. religious books can sometimes fill you up with positive hopes
