Social life for me is a challenge. but i have found a solution. I hide my psoriasis spots with Vichy Dermablend cream. It is a makeup concealer. and than i go for walks. Following are my places to go for walk.

- walmart just for a long stroll if weather is bad

- Religious places like Temple & Churches
- Art shops to look at paintings
- Beach if weather permits
